At the moment, our processing times are 7-10 business days and shipping times are 3-5 business days in North America, for the rest of the world shipping times are between 7-10 business days unless express shipping option selected. If you make an order by mistake we accepts returns within 3 hours which is before we start to handmake your products. If you placed and order and put the wrong address you may always message us to fix the issue. We are always here to help. We can always change the address until your order is shipped. If the order is shipped already unfortunately we cannot control it anymore so please always double check your address details prior ordering.
